1. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 2 days of purchase or before the order is processed.
Once the order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
To request a cancellation, email support@cuttingmixdrink.com with your order number and the reason for the request.
If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
2. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 60 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and sealed.
To initiate a return, email support@cuttingmixdrink.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a CuttingMixDrink.com error.
Defective or incorrect products will be replaced or fully refunded, including return shipping costs when applicable.

Refunds and cancellations are approved at the discretion of CuttingMixDrink.com, according to the guidelines above.
